Customer Satisfaction results 2020

At ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance we open space for our customers to succeed through a solid partnership approach, based on robust industry knowledge and asset based experience. Understanding our customers´ visions and needs is fundamental in providing an excellent service.

The value we bring by our customer-focused approach is reflected by the results of our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey. A total of 920 customers from across Europe - France, Germany, United Kingdom and The Netherlands - participated in the research. They had the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience in a number of areas, including relationship management, the customer portal and quality of the funding solutions provided. Each response received triggered a donation from us to our chosen charity, Land Life Company - reaching a record total of 10.680€!
