Child of Sussex Awards 2019

This year’s event took place on the 6th December at the Brighton Hilton Metropole. Our CSR team had the honour of presenting the Gold Award. The award recognises a child that has shown passion, dedication and an unswerving commitment to improve or achieve success in their chosen field.

This year’s winner, Lana Wilks, is a 16 year old with a hearing disability who has shown great determination in all her pastimes, hobbies and commendable voluntary and charity work. She is also incredibly talented at Rugby, having been recently selected as the youngest player to play for England on an international level.
