ABN AMRO Commercial Finance Expands Origination Team

News - 09 December 2019
We are pleased to have expanded our origination team, by appointing Katharine Weeden as a London based Business Development Manager and Mark Noble as Structuring Manager.
Mark and Katharine have recently joined the origination team with a focus on supporting UK business growth through the provision of flexible asset based funding solutions. Both will report into Jeremy Harrison, Head of Sales for ABN AMRO Commercial Finance UK.
In a career spanning over 25 years within the Asset Based Lending (ABL) industry (primarily with Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance), Katharine has a plethora of ABL experience gained in roles varying from operations and relationship management to structuring and business development. More recently she worked as part of an ABL Advisory firm working with Private Equity, corporates and lenders to help structure and secure ABL led solutions.
Katharine says, “I’m delighted to have joined ABN AMRO Commercial Finance and particularly enjoy working with prospective clients to gain a real understanding of their business, their requirements and what drives them, in order to derive the best possible solution for their current and future needs.”
Mark joins the team as an internal appointment. In 2007, Mark kicked off his career at ABN AMRO Commercial Finance as part of the Commercial Support team and later moved to the Credit Risk team. There he gained eight years experience in credit risk management in the UK and the Netherlands, working across commercial and corporate sectors in a variety of industries. Prior to joining ABN AMRO Mark worked in Sales Support at Barclays.
“I look forward to taking on this new challenge and working closely with our origination team and introducers to structure solutions which support our clients’ needs and enhance ABN AMRO’s position in the ABL market.”
